Refund policy

SWIMWORLD wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund.

You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it, have the original tag attached and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If you return the item after 30 days of the shipment a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
